The home to see the biggest price cut in Manhattan today is a
two-bedroom, two-bath townhouse at 1 Harrison Street, according to
Streeteasy.com
. The price of the 1920s townhouse was lowered by $2
million, and it is now on the market for $6.99 million. The four-story
townhouse, which has ground-floor retail and a roof deck, is now listed
for 36 percent lower than its asking price of $11 million when it went
