Local stores hurt when big-boxes close on SI

Local stores on Staten Island are hurting because big-box
stores, including Ethan Allen, Linens ‘n Things and
Circuit City, have closed. Bario’s, a local pizzeria, used to cater Island Ford’s
corporate meetings, but has lost that income since the store closed and
is now trying to form accounts with new companies. Owners of a bagel
