Deloitte leaving World Financial Center?

Accounting firm Deloitte may be thinking of leaving its headquarters at
Brookfield Properties’ World Financial Center. Deloitte has issued a
request for proposals to landlords across the city in search of between
600,000 and 800,000 square feet of office space. Sources told the
Observer that buildings of interest are 11 Times Square and the future
4 World Trade Center. Cushman & Wakefield’s John Cefaly and Dale
Schlather are representing Deloitte.
