Argentinian-inspired restaurant the Flying Cow opened Friday night at 2 Hope Street in Williamsburg. Calpurnia, a restaurant, is expected to open Thursday at 387 Court Street in Carroll Gardens. This weekend, the Westchester Bank at 2001 Central Park Avenue in Yonkers will hold its grand opening on Saturday at noon, according to a press release.
