The unit to see the biggest price cut today is a two-bedroom, two-bath
co-op apartment at 2 East 67th Street, at Fifth Avenue, according to
Streeteasy.com. The price of apartment 4W was cut by $2.5 million to $15 million. This is the second time the apartment at the prewar building saw a price drop. The unit is now on the market for 31 percent less than its original June asking price of $22 million. Sotheby’s International Realty’s Serena Boardman has the listing. TRD
