Openings and closings: A60 to open, Gramercy market closed

Health Smart of NY is coming to 550 Third Avenue between 36th and 37th streets. The store is expected to open Friday, a store employee told The Real Deal. Baja Fresh signed a lease for its second Manhattan location at 1441 Broadway, according to Kenji Ota, who represented the tenant. Opia Restaurant & Lounge reopened at 130 East 57th Street after closing for several weeks for renovations. A60, the rooftop lounge at 60 Thompson Hotel, at 60 Thompson Street in Soho, will soft open this week and open officially June 1. Cinque Trattoria will open soon at 363 Greenwich Street. The owners of the Upper East Side’s Sfoglia are opening a new Italian restaurant, Civetta Ristorante, at 98 Kenmare Street around May 18. In Brooklyn, Fish and Sip, at 216 Flatbush Avenue, is open. Greenlight Bookstore plans to open in Fort Greene this fall.

Royal Estates Gallery, at 24 West 55th Street, is closing. Chez Laurence Patisserie-Bistro at 245 Madison Avenue, at 38th Street, is closed. Gramercy Natural Frontier Market, at 266 Third Avenue between 21st and 22nd streets, has closed. The Kings County Barbecue Truck in Bedford-Stuyvesant has been temporarily shut down but hopes to reopen soon. The Chinatown Ice Cream Factory in Flushing has closed. TRD
