Openings and closings: Superdive to open, Sacco Shoes closing Friday

La Goulue will be allowed to stay at 746 Madison Avenue until it relocates at the end of August. Renovations at Hotel Wales at 1295 Madison Avenue are set to be completed by August. PicNic Market and Café is coming soon to 57th Street between Third and Lexington avenues. Audemars Piguet will open a new flagship store at 65 East 57th Street between Park and Madison avenues. Superdive will open this week at 200 Avenue A between 12th and 13th streets. Designer Kathryn Amberleigh has opened a shoe boutique at 219 Mott Street between Prince and Spring streets. People’s Pops will open a pop-up popsicle stand Monday in Battery Park across from 17 State Street near Pearl Street. The W New York Downtown at 123 Washington Street is slated for a December 1 opening.

In Brooklyn, Cookie Road, offering desserts, has opened at 97 Oak Street in Greenpoint. Lululemon USA has signed a lease for space at 472 Bergen Street in Park Slope. 629 Bar is slated to open at 629 Fifth Avenue, also in Park Slope. Reis 100 Sandwich Factory will open next Thursday next door to Bar Reis at 375 Fifth Avenue near 6th Street in Park Slope. A new bar is coming to 685 Washington Avenue in Prospect Heights. A Latin American bistro is set to open at 795 Grand Street in Williamsburg. Accessories label Dunlin is opening a Williamsburg store at South 1st Street and Havemeyer. A Turkish restaurant, Cizbiz, is coming to Coney Island.

As these locations open, Sacco Shoes on East 59th Street between Park and Lexington avenues is closing Friday. Barette at 601 Vanderbilt Avenue in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, has shuttered. Corduroy Kid at 231 Fifth Avenue between Carroll and President streets in Park Slope is currently for sale. Lounge 87 at 87 Ludlow Street on the Lower East Side has shuttered after numerous run-ins with the law over underage drinking. Souvenir shop Village X on St. Marks Place has shuttered. Osteria del Circo at 120 West 55th Street is closed due to a gas leak. TRD
