Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The most expensive unit to hit the market this week is a four-bedroom, six-bath penthouse at 502 Park Avenue, according to The 6,200-square-foot duplex apartment is listed for $31 million with the Modlin Group.

The second priciest home listed this week is a townhouse at 14 East 95th Street. The five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath unit is listed for $19.8 million with Brown Harris Stevens.

And the third priciest home is also a townhouse — a 7,200-square-foot, seven-floor home at 69 West 83rd Street, listed for $14 million with Prudential Douglas Elliman.

The least expensive home to hit the market this week is a one-bedroom, one-bath co-op at 1811 Ocean Parkway in Homecrest, Brooklyn, according to B & R Integrity Real Estate is listing the home for $135,000.

The second cheapest home is a one-bath co-op at 125-10 Queens Boulevard listed with Fenwick Keats Goodstein for $155,000.

And the third cheapest home is a one-bedroom, one-bath co-op at 5739 Marathon Parkway in Little Neck, Queens, listed by Prudential Douglas Elliman for $159,000. TRD
