The home to see the biggest price cut today is a loft at 397 West 12th Street, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of the 6,439-square-foot apartment, unit 1-2, was cut by $1.6 million, and is now on the market for $7.3 million. The home is listed for 31 percent less than its asking price of $10.5 million when it first hit the market in March. The duplex loft has 1,960 square feet of private garden space and 24-hour doorman.
