The unit to see the biggest price cut today is a mansion at 12 East 63rd Street, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of the seven-story,13,000-square-foot house just off Fifth Avenue was cut by $1.45 million, or 6 percent, to $23.5 million from when it hit the market a month ago. The new asking price is 18 percent less than when the home was listed in April 2008 for $28.75 million. Brown Harris Stevens broker Paula Del Nunzio has the listing. The mansion has been 100 percent reconstructed with a limestone and brick façade, two entrances, a rear garden, two terraces, a potential roof garden and an elevator.
