The highest priced listing to hit the market this week is a package of unsold sponsor units at 370 East 76th Street, according to to Streeteasy.com. These Upper East Side co-ops totaling 48,355 square feet are listed for $26 million with Prudential Douglas Elliman.

The second priciest home listed this week is a townhouse at 41 West 74th Street. The seven-bedroom, seven-bath unit is listed for $14 million with Prudential Douglas Elliman.

And the third priciest home is also a townhouse — a six-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath unit at 55 West 9th Street listed for $11.7 million with Prudential Douglas Elliman.
 
The least expensive home to hit the market this week is a one-bedroom, one-bath co-op at 127 West 133rd Street in Central Harlem, according to Streeteasy.com. Halstead Property is listing the home for $162,900.

The second cheapest home is a two-bedroom, one-bath co-op at 478 West 158th Street listed with Barak Realty for $199,000.

And the third cheapest home is a studio at 50 Park Terrace West in Inwood listed by New Heights Realty for $199,500. TRD
