The most expensive Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a four-bedroom, four-bath condo unit at 1 Central Park South, according to Streeteasy.com. The 5,850-square-foot apartment is listed for $38 million with Domus Realty.

The second priciest home is a 9,765-square-foot, six-floor townhouse at 352 East 53rd Street, listed for $16 million with Prudential Douglas Elliman.

And the third priciest home is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 31 East 72nd Street listed with Sotheby’s International Realty for $9.9 million.

The least expensive home to hit the market this week is a two-bedroom, one-bath co-op at 499 West 158th Street in Washington Heights, according to Streeteasy.com. Citi Habitats is listing the home for $100,000.
 
The second cheapest home is a two-bedroom, two-bath co-op at 454 West 152nd Street in Hamilton Heights. Citi Habitats is listing the home for $150,000.

And the third cheapest is a four-bedroom, one-bath co-op at 100-106 West 141st Street listed with A.N. Shell Realty Group for $175,000. TRD
