The home to see the biggest price cut today is the five-bedroom, four-bath former Brooke Astor residence at 778 Park Avenue, apartment 1516, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of the condo was cut by $4.1 million, and the Upper East Side home is now on the market for $24.9 million, a 47 percent drop from its asking price of $46 million when it first hit the market in May 2008. Stribling & Associates’ Kirk Henckels, Margaret Furniss, and Philippa Ward have the listing for the duplex apartment, which has six terraces, three maids’ rooms and a large servants’ hall. TRD
