The unit to see the biggest price cut today is a brownstone at 20 East 93rd Street, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of the 5,980-square-foot townhouse was cut by $1 million, and the Upper East Side home is now on the market for $8.9 million, a 10 percent drop from its original asking price of $9.9 million in June.
