The unit to see the biggest price cut today is a mansion at 12 East 63rd Street, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of the seven-story, 13,000-square-foot home was slashed by $2 million, and the unit is now on the market for $21.5 million. The home has seen two previous price cuts over the past two months. The new asking price is 25 percent less than when the home was first put on the market in April 2008 for $28.75 million. Brown Harris Stevens broker Paula Del Nunzio has the listing. The property is “architect ready,” according to the listing, and has a rear garden and two terraces. TRD
