Actor Alec Baldwin wants to sell his co-op in the El Dorado, at 300 Central Park West. The four-bedroom apartment is listed for $8.9 million, and the asking price includes a second, smaller apartment that could be used as a gym or home office. Baldwin has reportedly been looking at a four-bedroom, four-bathroom co-op at the Dakota at 1 West 72nd Street. The apartment is listed for $12.5 million, and has seen three price cuts since it was first listed for $24 million in June 2008.
