The unit to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, three-bath condominium unit at 29 West 85th Street, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of the 3,140-square-foot Upper West Side home, apartment 45PH, was cut by $500,000 to $5.5 million, an 8 percent drop after being increased by 4 percent to $5.9 million in May. The unit’s asking price was $5.75 million when it originally hit the market earlier that month. Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Katherine Camp and Matt Holbein have the listing for the home, which has two large deck terraces. TRD
