The Working Families Party has paid rent erratically for its New York City office space over the past 10 years, according to City Hall News. The party has paid an average of $1,486 per month for its 15-person office space at 2 Nevins Street in Brooklyn, but in some years the party appears not to have paid rent at all, judging by data filed with the Board of Elections. None of the rent payments appear to have gone to Flatbush Fulton Realty Associates, the owner of the space. Political parties are required to pay rent and to report all rent payments.
