The Manhattan home to see the biggest price cut today is unit 10 at 25 Sutton Place on the corner of East 58th Street, a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom co-op, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of the 3,600-square-foot space was reduced by $1 million, to $5.8 million, marking a 15 percent price reduction. Listed by Sotheby’s International Realty, the pre-war unit features a library and water view. The unit was placed on the market Aug. 18 this year. This is the co-op’s first price cut. TRD
