The Manhattan home to see the biggest price cut today is unit 7A at 41 Fifth Avenue on the corner of 11th Street, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op, according to The price of the 1,100-square-foot space was reduced by $100,000, to $1.28 million, marking a 7 percent price reduction. Listed by Core, the pre-war building features a doorman and a roof deck. The unit was placed on the market for $1.48 million in November 2008 and the listing was pulled off June this year. Core relisted the unit in July for $1.38 million. TRD
