Representative Charles Rangel failed to report as much as $1 million in income from a building sale in Harlem on the financial-disclosure forms he filed between 2002 and 2006, according to revised forms he filed this week. In 2004, he reported between $4,000 and $10,000 in outside income on top of his congressional salary. But the revised records show that he sold a West 123rd Street house that year, making his outside earnings up to $1.04 million. Rangel is also in arrears on New Jersey property taxes for property that he failed to disclose for more than 15 years, the New York Post reported.
