Mexican tycoon puts $13.5M condo on market

Mexican telecom biz wiz Carlos Peralta is selling his Trump Tower
apartment for a reported $13.5 million. The three-bedroom,
three-bathroom condo at 721 Fifth Avenue,
unit 61L, is being represented by Think Properties’ Mark Shemel. While
the condo’s price is buzzworthy in its own right, it’s the home’s
amenities that are making news. A massive Jacuzzi reportedly juts into
the master bedroom, and the condo offers views that, according to the
unit’s Web page, stretch “past the George Washington Bridge to the
Catskill Mountains.”
