Ivanka Trump, who is slated to marry Jared Kushner this weekend, appeared on ABC’s Nightline last week, giving viewers a sneak peak inside the Trump Soho. The 46-story, $450 million hotel and condominium, to open in February, is the 27-year-old’s latest project, which she admits she probably never would have gotten her hands on if not for her father. But Ivanka Trump, who is the executive vice president of development and acquisitions for the Trump Organization, said she works hard to maintain her good fortune. “I believe that, of course, nepotism got me in the door. It would be silly to say otherwise,” she said. But “if I was not performing in a way that was satisfactory… I could not stay within the organization.” The Terrace Penthouse unit shown in the segment is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex that will be equipped with Fendi Casa furniture and custom-made bedding by Bellino.
