RAL signs office lease

RAL companies has signed a 10-year lease at 434 Broadway, for 7,000-square-feet of space, according to Crain’s. Although the closing price for the full-floor lease was not immediately available, the asking price had been $40 per square foot. The landlord, KBS Realty Advisors, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, and the tenant was represented by CB Richard Ellis. RAL is expected to move out of its current location at 86 Chambers Street in the coming months.
