CBS to house archives in new 86,000-sf NJ storage space

TV network CBS Broadcasting has signed on for 86,000 square feet of storage space off of the Garden State Parkway in Iselin, N.J., according to Tishman Speyer, which owns the property. The single-story warehouse building, which CBS plans to use for its news division archives, is part of the Offices at Metropark at 190 Wood Avenue South. Tishman Speyer also recently inked a 225,000-square-foot deal at the complex with the Prudential Insurance Company of America, which signed a 10-year lease renewal at 200 Wood Avenue South. TRD
