After failing to meet its April 1 opening day, the Cassa NY Hotel and Residences is rumored to be gunning for an April 26 launch date. The Midtown building at 70 West 45th Street near the corner of Sixth Avenue saw its plans hampered by construction delays, according to Hotel Chatter. No official word from the ASSA Properties-developed building’s representatives yet.
