Newest Novogratz development now visible

The latest project from reality television stars and developers Courtney and Robert Novogratz, famed for their chic interior designs and large brood of children, is now visible, according to EV Grieve, at 238 East 4th Street between avenues A and B. The project first began in April 2009, when the Novogratzes, who run design and development firm Sixx Design, razed the existing one-story building. The new five-story East Village development includes a $3.75 million penthouse on the top floor, but it is not immediately clear who will be marketing the space.
