After nearly a year and a half on the market, Harlem condo 2280 FDB has unveiled its model units. The model units, the first that developer RGS Holdings has unveiled for the new development at 2280 Frederick Douglass Boulevard on the corner of 123rd Street, according to a spokesperson for the project, come in one-, two- and three-bedroom sizes. Construction for the 89-unit building is expected to be finished by the end of the month and the developer hopes to begin occupancy in May. Halstead Property Development Marketing is marketing the building, which the company says is 40 percent sold. Prices range from $549,000 to $1.89 million in the building, which garnered Federal Housing Administration approval earlier this year. TRD
