A Cobble Hill homeowner is the target of a lawsuit from the Landmarks Preservation Commission, which alleges that a lack of repairs and maintenance has led to the destruction of an historic home, according to the New York Daily News. John Quadrozzi allegedly neglected his more than 150-year-old home at 364 Henry Street, which lies within the Cobble Hill historic district. While Quadrozzi contends that he had alerted the commission to structural problems in the building, the LPC feels differently and wants to ex post facto fine him $5,000 a day from March 2009.
