Rebekah Mercer and Sylvain Mirochnikoff own nearly three floors in the Heritage at Trump Place after spending more than $28 million on six adjoining units on the 23rd through 25th floors. Combined, the couple’s apartments could create a 13,962-square-foot, 17-bedroom Upper West Side triplex with views of the Hudson River and Riverside Park. That’s more than twice the size of Gracie Mansion and one-quarter the size of the White House. Mercer, a daughter of hedge fund manager Robert Mercer, and her husband, a managing director at Morgan Stanley, bought their first unit at The Riverside Boulevard building, between 71st and 72nd streets, in December 2008 and have not yet submitted plans to renovate the units.
