“House of the Year” landing in Manhattan

Introducing Country Living magazine’s 2010 House of the Year: the 1,600-square-foot eco-friendly cottage will be constructed at the World Financial Center and unveiled June 3. The two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home, which was developed by New World Home and designed by the magazine’s editors, will appear in the November 2010 issue. The home is furnished with green products and finishes and has a 1,100-square-foot wraparound porch and an open floor plan. The home will be open for public viewings until June 17, when it will move permanently to Crystal Springs Resort near Vernon, N.J. TRD
