Sales launch tomorrow at Columbia Commons, the 48-unit complex going up at 110 Warren Street, in Brooklyn’s Columbia Street Waterfront District. One-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are being offered, with prices ranging from $420,000 to $915,000. Amenities include a landscaped courtyard, fitness center, parking garage, roof deck with views of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty and a virtual doorman. The project, a joint venture of Ron Moelis’ L&M Development Partners and Goldman Sachs, is slated for completion in the fall and is being marketed by Halstead Property Development Marketing. TRD
