The 18 out of 35 units listed as available have price bumps averaging 8.37 percent, managing broker Dolly Lenz, a vice chairman at Prudential Douglas Elliman, confirmed.

Prices for Apthorp listings range from $1.55 million for a 581-square-foot one-bedroom apartment to $16.64 million for two units being marketed together, according to StreetEasy.com, which does not reflect the price increases since they were made today.

The Apthorp is an 163-unit property located at 390 West End Avenue which has been home to a number of celebrities including current resident Cyndi Lauper.
