Publicis consolidates at 85 10th Avenue

Marketing agency Publicis Modem is consolidating its offices at 75 Ninth Avenue and 4 Herald Square into a 55,000-square-foot space at 85 10th Avenue. The company signed a six-year sublease with CBS College Sports, which will vacate the space and move to 63 Madison Avenue. The asking rent was $48 per square foot. Gordon
