Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a six-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse at 138 East 65th Street, according to Streeteasy.com. The home, which features private outdoor space, an elevator and a fireplace, is on the market for $14.5 million. John Burger of Brown Harris Stevens and Lisa Meyer of Stribling & Associates have the co-exclusive.

The second most expensive listing is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op at 795 Fifth Avenue. The unit is listed for $12.5 million. Martha Kramer of Brown Harris Stevens is handling the sale.

The third priciest home is a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom condo at 219 East 67th Street. The $12.45 million, 9,330-square-foot unit is listed by Amy Katcher of the Corcoran Group.

The cheapest Manhattan unit to come online this week is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 400 Convent Avenue in Harlem. The $200,000, 600-square-foot unit is being marketed by Andrew Shell of A.N. Shell Realty.

A studio at 430 East 87th Street is the second least expensive home to hit the market. Limor Nesher of Metropolitan Property Group has the $220,000 co-op listing.

The third least expensive home to become available this week is a studio co-op at 321 East 43rd Street. The $250,000 unit is listed by Frances Conejero Stepec and Avi Voda of Prudential Douglas Elliman. TRD
