Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The two priciest Manhattan homes to hit the market this week are both listed for $15 million. One is a 4,325-square-foot condo at the Grand Millenium at 1965 Broadway between 66th and 67th streets in Lincoln Square, according to Streeteasy.com. The four-bedroom, six-bathroom penthouse is listed by Michael Feldman of the Corcoran Group. Amenities include a fireplace, gallery, library and two terraces featuring panoramic views of Central Park and the Hudson River.

The second home to come online for $15 million is a 6,250-square-foot condo at 31 West 21st Street in Chelsea. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom duplex penthouse was featured in the movie “Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps.” Jonathan Isaacs and Steven Ganz of Aligned Real Estate have the listing.

The third priciest home is a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom Lenox Hill townhouse at 156 East 61st Street. Helen Schatiloff at Corcoran has the $9.75 million listing.

The cheapest Manhattan unit to come online this week is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 345 West 145th Street in Central Harlem. Yaal Gluska of Citi Habitats has the $199,000 listing.

The second and third least expensive homes to hit the market are both listed for $255,000. One is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 25 Tudor City Place in Murray Hill, being marketed by Takeshi Yamaguchi of DJK Residential. The other is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 101 West 23rd Street in Chelsea. Michael Murphy of Prudential Douglas Elliman has the listing. TRD
