Priciest cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom co-op at 240 Centre Street in Little Italy. The 6,600-square foot unit was designed by architect Charles Gwathmey and is on the market for $16.75 million. The apartment features a library, three skylights and a private terrace. Kim Harrington of Prudential Douglas Elliman has the listing.

The unit was previously listed with the Corcoran Group for $19.95 million.

The second priciest unit is a three-bedroom condo at 1 Central Park South. Key-Ventures’ A. Laurance Kaiser has the $14.5 million listing.

The third most expensive home is a four-bedroom condo at 1055 Park Avenue
in Carnegie Hill. Elliman’s Melanie Lazenby and Dina Lewis have the $8.95 million listing.

The cheapest Manhattan unit to come online this week is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 546 West 156th Street in Washington Heights. The $125,000 unit is being marketed by Francine Canion at Canion Investment Group.

A studio at 301 East 63rd Street in Lenox Hill is the second least expensive home to hit the market. Alexander Pisa of the Corcoran Group has the $139,000 co-op listing.

The third least expensive home to come online this week is a one-bedroom co-op at 354 West 48th Street in Midtown West. The $159,000 co-op unit is listed by John O’Kelly of C Townley Real Estate. TRD
