Nearly half of the 36 units at Shelter Rock Builders’ new condominium have been scooped up, six months after hitting the market. Residences range from 520-square-foot one-bedrooms to 1,129-square-foot two-bedrooms, some of which have private balconies. Amenities include video security, a bicycle room and a one-year complimentary membership to the Rock Health and Fitness Center. Remaining units are priced from $312,000. Move-ins have begun at the 22-unit, 11-story condominium by Cary Tamarkin, which is now more than 50 percent sold. Each residence offers a duplex layout, with remaining units for sale ranging in size from 1,100-square-foot one-bedrooms to 3,000-square-foot three-bedroom penthouses. Sales have begun at the 44-unit Apex condominium, located on the upper six floors of RCG Longview’s Starwood Aloft Hotel. Condo buyers will have access to all of the 124-room hotel’s amenities, including the bar, fitness center and on-site parking, and will also have their own private, secured entrance, elevators, storage and rooftop terrace. Last month, developer Alchemy Properties announced that it would slash prices by 15 percent for the next 15 buyers in the 95-unit condo, which has received its temporary certificate of occupancy. Tribeca

Edward Minskoff’s 35-story condo, which serves as the centerpiece of the developer’s 1 million-square-foot mixed-use complex, is sold out after four years on the market. The 227-unit building brought in $650 million in sales after closings began in December 2007. Over the past year, 19 units closed at the Skidmore, Owings and Merrill-designed building, which was marketed by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. Contact: www.101warren.com.

Sales have launched at the new 19-story condominium by Orange Management and the F & T Group. The building, which was designed for LEED certification, features 47 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, as well as four penthouses.
