Danielle Staub, the divisive former cast member from the “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” has taken an unorthodox approach to blocking her home from a court-ordered sale, according to the Examiner. Staub moved out of her Wayne Township home Sept. 8, following a judge’s order that she sell the property and split the proceeds with her ex-husband, but has refused to hand over the keys to the mansion to a court-appointed real estate agent. Bob Lindsay, an agent from Coldwell Banker in charge of selling the 6,000-square-foot house, said that Staub left the home in terrible condition, to boot. “[I’ve] had neighbors call irate, as anyone would be, to have a house that’s neglected like this,” Lindsay said. Although the home’s asking price was not immediately clear, the property is expected to sell for roughly $1.1 million, sources say. The mansion was briefly on the market last year, with a $1.5 million asking price. [Examiner]
