The three-unit 54 Bond Street condominium is almost sold out, according to the Observer, with only the $14.5 million penthouse remaining. The other two, full-floor units sold for $4.37 million and $4.35 million. The building, which attracted copious press attention for the numerous celebrity apartment hunters who have stopped by, is the brainchild of developer Adam Gordon, who reimagined the building, the former Bouwerie Lane Theater, into a residential space.
