After a summer parking garage collapse, Hackensack, N.J. rental building Prospect Towers reopened yesterday, according to the New York Post. The 18-story building was vacated on July 16, after the building’s two-story parking garage collapsed for unknown reasons. Although not all of the building’s residents will be allowed to move back in, a recently issued temporary certificate of occupancy will allow residents to return to 65 of Prospect Towers’ 157 units.
