JLL senior VP elected president of New York commercial trade group chapter

The New York City chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties has elected its 2011 leadership, with Paul Formichelli, senior vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle, taking over as president. NAIOP, a national trade organization for commercial developers, landlords, owners and investors, announced the new appointments today. Brian Robin, executive vice president and COO of real estate investment firm Monday Properties, will serve as Formichelli’s second in command, while Susie Noddle of Celestial Capital Group and Jay Fehskens of Time Equities will serve as secretary and treasurer, respectively.
