The New York City-based company — whose exclusive new development marketing contracts include the Residences at 36 Gramercy Park East, 99 John Deco Lofts and the View in Long Island City — has already hired some 15 new brokers over the past few months and is planning to take on 20 more in the months to come.

Among the recent hires is Caroline Grane, one of several former Core brokers who jumped ship in order to join the cast of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing,” which began shooting its New York City spinoff last month. In addition to the publicity she’ll undoubtedly bring to Nest Seekers through the show, Grane will be charged with expanding the firm’s European operations.

“We are continuing to increase our activity in a number of emerging markets as well, in particular China, India and Brazil, to better capitalize on the strong interest in New York real estate by investors from those countries,” Shapiro said. TRD
