Hummus Kitchen to open Murray Hill eatery

Hummus Kitchen is set to open a new restaurant at 444 Third Avenue between 30th and 31st streets, according to Newmark Knight Frank, which represented the tenant and the landlord, the Vintage Group. Hummus Kitchen currently has two Manhattan eateries, one at 768 Ninth Avenue on the corner of 52nd Street and another at 1613 Second Avenue on the corner of 84th Street. Davie Berke, a director with Newmark’s retail division, said that the Murray Hill neighborhood appealed to Hummus Kitchen because of its “young and vibrant” population. TRD
