Lacoste expands Midtown presence

Clothier and sports retailer Lacoste is expanding its current ground-floor retail spot at 608 Fifth Avenue on the corner of 49th Street, according to landlord RFR, which owns the building. Lacoste will add 1,029 square feet to its existing 8,926-square-foot store, with plans to redesign the retail space. The renovation will begin this month, according to RFR, and the store will reopen in the summer. TRD
