Charlie Brown’s Steakhouse has shuttered its 7,800-square-foot Yonkers restaurant, according to NAI Friedland Realty, which is marketing the space. Charlie Brown’s has two remaining locations in New York, one in Pennsylvania and 17 in New Jersey. The brokerage would not disclose the asking rent. The closure comes amid a flurry of activity in Yonkers’ busiest retail markets, including Central Avenue, which recently saw the Carpet Gallery open a new 4,000-square-foot store in a former Blockbuster location.
