Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

A $25 million condominium unit at 15 Central Park West is the priciest Manhattan listing to hit the market this week, according to Streeteasy.com. The 3,173-square-foot apartment includes views of both Central Park and the Hudson River. The Corcoran Group’s Carrie Chiang and Janet Wang have the listing.

The second most expensive home to come online this week is a duplex condo at 429 Greenwich Street. The $22 million, 5,300-square-foot apartment is being marketed by Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Dolly Lenz and Brett Forman.

A 2,165-square-foot condo at 1 Central Park West is the third priciest home to hit the market. The $8.75 million apartment is listed by Elliman’s Ariel Cohen.

The least expensive home to hit the market this week is a $210,000 Harlem co-op at 208 West 119th Street. This 800-square-foot unit is being marketed by Corcoran’s Spencer Means.

A $220,000 co-op is the second cheapest apartment to become available this week. Elliman’s Sonya Dunham and John Kane are listing the two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit at 320 East 42nd Street.

The third least expensive home to hit the market is a $230,000 co-op at 579 West 215th Street in Inwood. Elliman’s Kathleen Scheerle has the two-bedroom, one-bathroom listing. TRD
