The Sloane Mansion, a 106-year-old 18,267-square-foot mansion at 18 East 68th Street, returned to the market today with an asking price of $37.9 — half of the 2008 asking price of $64 million and $1.1 million less than a group of investors paid for it in 2007, Curbed reported. The mansion has a long history of price cuts since that $64 million listing under Brown Harris Stevens’ Paula Del Nunzio, first to $54 million, and then to $39 million, and finally to $37.9 million. The listing moved from Del Nunzio to Leighton Chandler of the Corcoran Group and it’s now being marketed by Peter von Der Ahe, Seth Glasser and Scott Edelstein of Marcus & Millichap. [Curbed]
