Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market
The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a five-story Upper East Side townhouse at 134 East 74th Street asking $26 million. The 9,700-square-foot home has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an elevator, multiple entrances and a tiled terrace. Ivan Hakimian of HPNY is listing the property.
The next most expensive unit to come online is a five-bedroom 6,100-square-foot co-op with a 1,700-square-foot terrace at 795 Fifth Avenue in Lenox Hill. Roger Erickson of Sotheby’s International Realty has the $19.5 million listing.
The third priciest home is a 6,391-square-foot condo at 18 Leonard Street in Tribeca with a $10.95 million asking price. Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Anne Graber is listing the property.
The least expensive unit in Manhattan to come online this week is a 450-square-foot, one-bedroom co-op at 478 West 158th Street in Washington Heights. A.N. Shell Realty’s Andrew Shell is listing the property for $189,000.
The next cheapest home is a 1,200-square-foot, three-bedroom co-op at 1993 Amsterdam Avenue in Washington Heights listed for $200,000 by Joe Davila of Fenwick Keats.
The third least expensive Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a two-bedroom, 850-square-foot co-op listed at 137 West 142nd Street in Central Harlem. Bellmarc’s Jesse Myer is listing the property for $225,000. TRD
