Town Real Estate and Edible Manhattan hosted a rooftop party at FLAnk’s copper-toned 385 West 12th Street last night, and The Real Deal was on the scene to sample the views (see above) and the treats (Lobster Place raw bar, Brooklyn Brewery ales and Jean Luc Le Du rosé wines). Also on display was the building’s last remaining townhouse, which is listed for $7.495 million by Town’s Brett Miles and Susan Green. Check out the home and the rooftop scenes in the gallery. TRD
